  • Where are your beauty products made?
    We hand craft our products in Kent,UK. We make small batches to ensure they are as fresh and effective as possible, only using organic and natural ingredients that are ethically sourced.
  • What temperatures do the products have to be stored at?
    We recommend storing your products, in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive changes in temperature. 
  • Do you test your products on animals?
    No! We will never test our products on animals, we are a Cruelty Free company, with many organic and vegan friendly products. Our aim is to continue using ethically sourced ingredients, whilst using recyclable packaging to protect our environment. We also work with ethical manufacturers, and source eco-friendly ingredients that do not use any methods or processes that maybe harmful to animals.
  • Are FaceClays products suitable for all skin types?
    Our aim was to create products that are gentle to the skin, taking into consideration sensitivity, and blemish prone skin. By choosing quality ingredients, crucial to the rejuvenation of the skin, we are able to treat most skin types. We avoid ALL harsh chemicals that can cause irritation.
  • Do you ship Internationally?
    We will do our best as a hand-crafted company, to ensure that the correct procedures and guidelines are in place, to ship internationally as soon as we receive your email.  However there are numerous regulations, for International countries, and in the UK we will follow the strict guidelines, taking specific steps to ensure smooth and safe delivery of your products, when fulfilling your order. 
  • Do you provide gift cards or gift boxes?
    During the seasons you are welcome to choose your very own Spa relaxation experience, by choosing a Gift Card. There is also an option to purchase a wonderful pre-filled gift box for a loved one with items of your choice.  The perfect gift at any time, for everyone! 
  • How do I make any changes to an order, or exchange damaged goods?
    Should any problems occur with your order contact us immediately by email, within 14 days of delivery for any postal damages. Please ensure you include within your email, a photograph of the product, your full name, address and customer order number, along with your proof of purchase. We will contact you and do our best to provide assistance as soon as we receive the items.
  • If you have changed your mind
    If you've changed your mind and need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). Your item(s) needs to be: Unused and with all original components In its original packaging (with the tags if applicable) In a resaleable condition With its proof of purchase With any free items that came with the product Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid by card, it can take up to 5 working days to appear back in your account; some refunds can take up to 30 days. Your item will be inspected prior to being refunded. Please note that if the item has been inspected and is not returned as describe, we reserve the right to reject the refund or offer a partial refund depending on the condition of the item returned.
