Our UK warehouse and courier partners are informing us that typical return times are being extended, due to the impact of COVID-19, extra safety measures including quarantining of incoming packages and increased social distancing with a lower staff ratio.
Please be patient if your return takes a little longer to be processed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you so much for shopping with us at FaceClays Beauty, we hope you love your products, however if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we would like to provide you with assistance.
You have 14 days, to notify us that you wish to return an item from the date you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging, with a photograph of your product if it is damaged upon delivery, including a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email this information to us, including your customer order number, name and full address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in a saleable condition, and in its original packaging. You must email/contact us us prior to posting your product for a refund or exchange.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned product. We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment)
You will receive the credit to the named account only, in a number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
